Vernon Homes Racks up Awards

For the second time, Vernon Green Nursing Home (on the Vernon,VT campus) has received two distinguished awards for senior care organizations this year.

2017 Excellence in Action Vernon Homes

The Excellence in Action award recognizes long-term care and senior living organizations that achieve the highest level of excellence, as evidenced by overall resident or employee satisfaction scores that rank within the top 10 percent of the NRC Health product database. The NRC is the largest proprietary satisfaction database for senior care in the U.S.

The Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award is granted annually by the American College of Healthcare Administrators. It uses data-driven criteria to identify high-performing skilled nursing facilities and the leaders who make them excel. A significant distinction, fewer than 9% of facilities nationwide qualify for the award. Congratulations to Executive Director Brad Ellis and the team at Vernon for the continuing provision of excellence in their field!
